This 53-square-metre, three-room holiday home, which sleeps up to four people, is situated in a separate building at the rear of the owner’s 940-square-metre residential property, within a quiet, central residential area. The Baltic Sea beach is approximately 800 metres away, whilst restaurants, cafés and shops are within a 500-metre radius. The holiday home comprises a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, dining table), two bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 set of 2 single beds), a separate kitchen (electric hob, fridge, microwave, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The property is heated by central heating. A furnished terrace with barbecue facilities and a parking space are available for your use. A high chair and a cot can be provided for young children. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or hire them. If arriving by car, you must bring your own bed linen and towels. Pets are not permitted.
