Enjoy a first-class vacation in the “1a” apartment at Villa Gruner. This two-room apartment on the mezzanine level is an ideal and elegant vacation retreat, measuring 45 square meters and accommodating up to 4 people. The apartment’s high ceilings create a unique villa-like atmosphere, and the Mediterranean color scheme ensures a spacious, airy, and light-filled ambience.
The centerpiece of the living room is the beautifully designed sofa with a matching armchair and table. The same goes for the stunning lighting, which complements the sofa and armchair. The cozy living area, with its blue and yellow accents, creates a cheerful vacation atmosphere. A flat-screen TV and internet connection make your vacation even more enjoyable. In no time at all, the sofa can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area for the third and fourth guests. An extra bed for a child is available in the living room in the form of a travel crib (for children up to 3 years old).
The sun-drenched bay window features a dining area with a round glass dining table and four matching wicker chairs. You can prepare the perfect dinner in the comfortable kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker).
From the bay window, you can step out onto your private terrace, which guarantees pure sunshine all day long thanks to its south-facing orientation. Modern patio furniture ensures relaxation in every season. The separate bedroom is furnished with elegant Italian solid-wood furniture and a RUF double bed (160 x 200 cm / two separate mattresses). The cold-foam mattresses promise the highest level of sleeping comfort, even for those with allergies. Wardrobes and a dresser provide ample storage space in the bedroom, and a flat-screen TV completes the luxury of this apartment.
