The town centre, shopping facilities and restaurants are all within a radius of around 500 m. Lake Neuklosteran with its beautiful beach is around 1.5 km away. The apartment was modernised in 2019 and is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio/CD), a bedroom (3 x single bed), a kitchen (dining area, electric hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bathroom with bathtub/WC and a separate room for leisure activities.
