The town centre, shopping facilities and restaurants are all within a radius of around 500 m. Lake Neuklosteran with its beautiful beach is around 1.5 km away. The apartment was modernised in 2019 and is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio/CD), a bedroom (3 x single bed), a kitchen (dining area, electric hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bathroom with bathtub/WC and a separate room for leisure activities. There is also a car park in front of the house and a high chair for small children. Bicycles (different sizes) can be rented on site and bicycles brought along can be safely stored. Thanks to the good transport links (A 20 and A 14 motorways), Schwerin (37 km), Rostock (45 km) and the Baltic Sea (Hanseatic city of Wismar 20 km) can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.
