The apartment is oriented with the balcony to the atrium. There are two sleeping places in the living area and two bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is a flat screen TV in the living area and in each of the bedrooms. The open kitchen is fully and newly equipped. In the complex there is a children's playground and a children's playroom with table tennis, foosball and toddler play corner. Outside there is a common lawn for sunbathing. For a fee, you can use the common laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Beach chairs can be rented on the beach. The apartment is completely renovated and equipped in a contemporary way.
