The approx. 75 m², centrally heated non-smoking house with separate entrance is furnished to a high standard and has a large living room (couch, flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove - use by arrangement, W-LAN) with dining table and open kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x two single beds) each with an adjoining bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer) and a hallway. There is also a furnished seating area in front of the house and bicycle storage facilities. There are public car parking spaces in the immediate vicinity and the property can be driven on for loading and unloading. The rafting town of Lychen in the middle of the Uckermark Lakes Nature Park is the most attractive holiday resort in the Uckermark after Templin.
