The Lychen lake district is a real hidden gem! Here you’ll find unspoiled nature, crystal-clear water, and idyllic spots to relax.
The vacation apartments are located in a newly renovated historic Berlin residential building dating from 1900, in the heart of the Uckermark lake district, between the three large bodies of water (Großer Lychensee, Lychener Stadt, and Nesselpfuhl) right in Lychen.
The apartments feature 1 living room, two bedrooms each with 1 double bed, one bedroom with 1 single bed, one fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, one bathroom with a shower and toilet, one guest restroom, and a balcony with a view of the garden.
The property is approximately 1,400 m² in size with approximately 20 running meters of waterfront. A large boat launch is perfect for boating. Rowboats and canoes are available for rent about 100 meters away and can be taken by water all the way to the property. The garden, with approximately 800 m² of lawn, fruit trees, and hedges, offers plenty of space for sun loungers or for children to play.
The approximately 40 m² sunroom, fully glazed on all sides, features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for family gatherings of up to 25 people.
Lychen, located in the Uckermark region of northeastern Brandenburg, is just over an hour from Berlin and is one of the least densely populated regions in Germany.
The surrounding area offers countless opportunities for water sports enthusiasts. The lakes are perfect for swimming, paddling, sailing, and fishing.
