The six non-smoking holiday apartments of different sizes and furnishings are located separately on the ground floor and upper floor of an apartment building in a central location. There is also a holiday home on the property (DZV870). The Baltic Sea beach with beach promenade, restaurants/cafés and the Usedom Bäderbahn railway station are all within a radius of around 500 metres. The two-room apartment for 2 to max. 4 people is located on the ground floor. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function as an extra bed for 2 persons, flat screen TV), an open kitchenette (dining table, electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with shower/WC. For the apartment on the ground floor, a seating area has been set up in the entrance area. Alternatively, there is a central outdoor seating area with barbecue facilities on the 820 square metre property. There is also storage space for bicycles and a car parking space. A cot and high chair can be provided for small children. Free W-LAN is also available. The rental price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and electricity consumption.
