One of two 45-square-metre two-room holiday flats for two people is situated on the upper floor of a residential building on the owner’s well-maintained 500-square-metre plot, in a central location just around 800 metres from the Baltic Sea beach. Access is via a steep flight of stairs in the separate entrance area. The holiday flat comprises a living area (2 super-comfortable reclining armchairs, large flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, dining table), an open-plan kitchenette (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed, guest bed), and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A travel cot and a high chair can be provided for young children. The flat also has a balcony with seating and a sun lounger. Outside, there is a covered area for storing hired or personal bicycles. There are public parking spaces in front of the house (free of charge). The total price includes final cleaning as well as water and energy consumption. Internet (Wi-Fi) is also available. Bed linen and towels can either be brought along or hired on site. The Baltic Sea resort of Graal-Müritz is subject to a visitor’s tax. The Baltic Sea spa town of Graal-Müritz is situated between the Hanseatic city of Rostock (approximately 15 km away) and the small town of Ribnitz-Damgarten at the foot of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula. Surrounded by the forests of the Rostock Heath – a 11,000-hectare protected landscape area – Graal-Müritz stretches for 5 kilometres directly along the Baltic Sea coast.Particular attractions for visitors and locals alike, whatever the season, are the Rhododendron Park, the pier extending 350 metres into the Baltic Sea, and the Aquadrom sports and wellness centre, which opened in 2004. The Pier Festival is traditionally held every July. The 5-kilometre-long fine sandy beach is up to 40 metres wide. For many years, the bathing water has been of excellent quality.
