The Villa Quisisana is located in the district of Graal on the corner of Uncle Bräsig Street / Kurstraße. All terraces and balconies are out to Kurstraße. In Kurstraße you will find several restaurants and cafes, a pharmacy, a spa doctor, a library, the bank, an optician, a boutique and much more. At the end of the Kurstraße Rhododendron Park is located. The Graal-Müritz is located between Rostock and the peninsula Darss-Zingst. The village stretches for 5 km on the Baltic Sea and is almost completely surrounded by the forest area Rostocker Heide. In Graal-Müritz live about 4000 inhabitants. The village offers various shops. Sights are u. a. the 350m long pier, the 4.5 ha rhododendron park, the local museum, the old Büdner houses, the Graal-Müritz church with its 26 m high tower or the Ribnitzer Hochmoor.

Your apartment has a living room and a bedroom. The living area has a sofa bed and a stereo system with I-Phone docking station and USB port, a DVD Blu-ray player and a TV. In the integrated kitchen area are among other things an induction cooker (4 plates), a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a small oven with integrated microwave, a coffee machine with thermos, a blender and a kettle. The bedroom has a natural wood double bed with 2 bedside tables and a large closet. The bathroom with window and underfloor heating has a floor-level shower, a toilet and a washing machine. The apartment also includes a small green area with terrace (south side) with garden furniture made of natural wood (1Tisch and 4 chairs, 2 deck chairs, 1 garden chair with sun visor) and a parking space. In the cellar belonging to the apartment there are an electric grill and 2 bicycles. The bikes can be shared at your own risk. On the complex there is a parking space for bicycles. Extras: WLAN
