I paid for the 5m² room but stayed in a 3m² room. The property management explained to me that there was a mistake with my booking, and too many people booked the 5m² room. The small room was really too small. :(

The bed actually was broken there is hidden hall in the bed caused unbalanced got my back hurt it while sleeping I believe they can fix this small issue

Disaster!

Absolutely NOTHING!

I knew that the room was small, but what I saw on there was a nightmare. Fungus on the ceiling, stains on all the walls, a room without a window and the only flow of fresh air was through a dirty, dusty grid that they call AC, the backrest of the bed in some plastic and with a burnt hole, dirt and garbage on the cabinet. When I informed the girl who showed me the room that it was unacceptable and wanted to change to another one, she called someone and I only heard that they were fully booked and could not change the room for me but that they would try to help somehow, then she left without giving me the keys to the room, or the code to the main door, she also did not give me towels or WiFi password, when I tried to contact her, she replied only after an hour that I would send my sister and give me towels. When her sister came and gave me a towel, she still didn't know where the room key was, so I had to wait an another hour until she came back with the keys. Dirt, fungus in general tragedy!

Nothing , its a nightmare , with fake reviews and bed bugs , takecare all its a scam

Worst place ever, fake reviews , no one goes there avoid this place guys , stuff is very rude , very dirty place , and room full of bed bugs. When i reached dubai contaced the number several times to checkin at 3 pm as they meantioned no one picked , so ive decided to go to the place , knocked the door and some random guy opened and gave me the keys when i enter i found the room very dirft with mold inside the wardrobe and the bed got bugs so i told him and then he called someone a female showed up asking me to take 50 aed as a deposite refundable i said the room isnt clean i want another room and she refused then she enter i showed her the bugs and then she told me thats what you called me to come for ?! As if its something normal , so irefused to check in and i asked her for a refund because thats not a room you could sleep at , but they refused to refund and kept arguing , they are very rude , its a scam takecare guys , also all positive reviews are from the place owner its fake especially the guy says ive stayed 4 month there , thats the owner , takecare

walls were paper thin, you can hear snoring from other rooms, mold everywhere, bed hard as rock, kitchen and bathroom very dirty, no toilet paper most of the time, overall a very bad stay

1. The AC is very cold which is good cause the weather outside is extremely hot 2. The room and facilities are fairly clean

紧挨家乐福，绝佳补充点。

地理位置很好，紧挨着家乐福超市和大mall购物方便实惠，周边各种档次的餐厅都有，黎巴嫩餐厅也不错。在家乐福里面，鹰嘴豆泥，杂豆沙拉，阿拉伯大饼，都很好吃。这里的橙汁牛奶都特实惠。酒店卫生不错，浴室不脏，洗澡热水充足。还有冰箱，微波炉，煤气灶，如果是在这旅游一个星期，完全可以在家乐福买食材在酒店解决早饭。

空调应该再凉一点。

Schlecht geführtes Hostel mit Mängel beim Internet und Warmwasser

Bei mir ist jedes 30. Booking.com Hotel ein schwarzes Schaf und dies von Ägyptern geführte Hotel gehört sicher dazu: - keine Antwort auf meine Anfrage vor der Ankunft, Bezug erst ab 15 Uhr, kein Name der Unterkunft außen sichtbar - sehr unfreundlicher Manager Moharmmed, verlangt Kaution von ca. 25€ für Zimmer, das an der Wand schon demoliert ist - nur durch den Einsatz der Mitbewohner und dem Antelefonieren bekamen wir unsere Kaution zurück. Obwohl wir mündlich und nochmal per whatsapp einen genauen Termin vereinbart hatten, erschien er nicht; wohnt 5min entfernt, gibt aber seine Adresse nicht bekannt - Kameraüberwachung der Leute in der Küche und im Flur - WLAN Internet viel nach 2 Tagen dauerhaft aus, genauso wie das Warmwasser nächstes Mal zahle ich lieber ein paar Euro mehr und verzichte auf diesen Ärger
