    i stayed here. The location is convenient and the building itself is fine. Communication could be clearer and expectations around charges and arrangements should be documented upfront. Its okay for a short stay but improvements in transparency and organization would make it much better.

    Good place to stay and it is between 2 MRT stations, not difficult to find. Walking distance to the mall of emirates. Can cook our own food and free drinking water.

    Since it's along the way, the noise from the road and the near construction had been a nightmare. Won't recommend for a light sleeper, barely slept. Also, it only has 1 bathroom I had to go back for a couple of times since it's mostly occupied.
