Proprietarul ok, am discutat prin whats app, plata in cont bancar bcr am ales eu, se mai putea si revolut sau cash. Curatenie ok. Centrala poate fi reglata din termostatul de langa usa, era pe minim cand am ajuns, dar avand centrala proprie s-a incalzit foarte repede. Desi e la o distanta destul de maricica, aproximativ 4,5km, de centru se poate lua din apropiere microbuzul. Pe Google Maps sunt actualizate in timp real rutele si timpii de plecare/sosire in statie. P.S Pozele sunt facute la plecarea din locatie.

Baia destul de mica. Bucataria ar putea fi putin mai utilata si cu o priza mai la indemana.

Curat, domnul de la proprietate a fost ok și la orice doleanțe de a noastră ne a rezolvat problema.

Bucătăria nu a fost foarte utilata, in rest super ok pt prețul ala.

Foarte curat cu tot ce aveam nevoie

The bed was clean, the place was mostly clean, there was liquid soap, the location was close to where I needed to go. Working central heating, hot water, fridge. There was a washing machine (aldough I didn't try to see if it works). Pull-up couch is hard.

The hallway/ kitchen with all of its facilities. For example the facilities are not plugged in and you need to move them or to use the ancient extension cord that is in the washing machine. The vent for the stove doesn't exist. All in all, it was not worth what I paid ~200ron/night. It looks like a flea market. But I must admitt I didn't look closely at the pictures because I was in a hurry and wanted something in that certain area, so... look closely at the pictures!
