We spent just one night here, but it was a pleasant stay. It is a comfortable apartment for four people, located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator. It is clean and well-equipped, featuring air conditioning in two rooms, a large balcony, and two bathrooms. There are window blinds, so you can sleep in the dark, and it is quiet at night. Parking is available behind the building. The furnishings are new, and communication with the host was good. The apartment is situated away from the Palermo city center, so a car is necessary to get around the area; street parking is possible, though the space is tight. Please note that late check-in applies from 16:30 and incurs a surcharge of €10. There is a tourist tax of €4 per night. Parking costs €15 per night or a free parking on the street. I recommend this apartment.

The internet connection was quite poor, barely reaching 15 Mbps. The fridge didn't cool effectively; even set to the maximum level, drinks weren't cold in the morning after sitting in it all night. There was no kettle for boiling water for tea, but the host promised to provide one.

The property is situated on the 4th floor and with a lift. We were 4 ppl and it was perfect for us. The apartment has a double bed, sofa bed in the living area, 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub), 2 balconies and it comes with all amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and there is nothing bad to say about the apartment. The owner, Riccardo, was very helpful and always ready to help when any questions arise.

Nothing bad about the property itself. We traveled by car so it was very easy to go around as the apartment is not in the centre. It is also possible to book private parking against a fee which is fabulous.
