OUNA Bungalow

The property has a gorgeous view, it’s super clean and the furniture is all brand new. The caretaking team are so attentive and kind, making sure you have everything you need. The food was also fantastic! We opted to have them make us dinner and were so impressed by the quality and price!

We booked the entire bungalow for 2 nights. 4 of the 5 bedrooms were en suite, while a bathroom was just across the hall for the 5th bedroom. It looked like a brand new property, everything was spotlessly clean, there were a whole team of staff onsite to clean/cook, etc. We tried dinner and breakfast and both were well prepared. The bungalow cost was very reasonable for our group size. There were nice views from the rooftop terrace.

Location is a bit random being about 15-20 min from the centre of Ella, albeit it is worth noting that accommodation in the centre of Ella is quite difficult to find. Onsite staff didn't speak English (the owners were always available through WhatsApp but were not onsite). All incidentals were chargeable no matter how small and this wasn't made clear in advance (e.g. we were billed at the end for each cup of tea, each water, etc.).
