Heritage Paphos, luxury duplex apartment with private pool

Please get a microwave so I can come back was surprised not to have one as wanted to batch colon for holiday on bbq

The apartment is beautiful. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and close to bus station restaurants and bars. The private pool was an added bonus.

AWC property management Ltd!!! Where to start.. I arrived late at night by taxi and dropped off at the front of the block. After dragging my case over gravel at the back of the building (in the dark) the only gate I found was the very large car park gate where the taxi had dropped me off! I have included photos of all instructions and there was no info as to how or where to find the pedestrian gates. We were directed to these gates and how to enter correctly by one of the residents (this was 3 days into our stay), after almost breaking the parking gate. This was one issue, AWC just texted and repeatedly told me it was on information.. as you’ll see from photos it wasn’t! No instructions for aircon apart from switching it on!! We did that and it didn’t work.. after numerous pointless messaging with AWC and after a very hot and sleepless night. I figured by turning off the blue tooth icon it worked. ACW had no idea about the blue tooth icon. No visit, no telephone conversation! Just constantly saying that ‘FULL’ information was available in the manual! As you can see there isn’t! There is a coffee machine in the kitchen above the cooker but no instructions we could find. So we never used. There is a larger pool but the gate was locked and no instructions how to enter! I feel for the owners as the property management company are letting them down very badly. They should be ashamed of themselves! The road is busy and noisy and there is construction going on next door. But to be honest this didn’t bother us. ACW was our issue.

Nothing. Wish we had more time to enjoy and relax in this five star apartment.
