Clean and spacious apartment, 10 mins away from old town by bus

The apartment was very spacious and very clean. You have everything you might need on your trip and you don’t have to climb up stairs to get to the apartment. The owner helped us with everything from bus routes for old town info to local beaches and anything else. She was very nice and welcoming.

Beautiful apartment perfectly located in Dubrovnik

Amazing location and beautiful facilities: the apartment is 5 min away from public transport that takes you to the old town or around the city, there are great restaurants, beaches, and supermarkets nearby. The place is spacious, comfortable, very well-equipped, and clean. The host was super nice and helpful with everything that had to do with the apartment, as well as with useful information about the city. Wonderful experience!

Nice apartment to stay in Dubrovnik.

We recently had an amazing stay at Dubrovnik Lapad studio apartments hosted by the wonderful Marija! The location was perfect, with short distances to beautiful beaches, convenient shops, and the bus station to the old town. The apartments were impeccably clean and well equipped, making my stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend this place for a memorable and enjoyable experience in Dubrovnik!

Nothing special, everything was super! Just one note that the apartment may not be easily accessible for handicapped and elderly individuals due to the inclination of the street.

Exceptional

This accommodation is a true gem. We enjoyed our short stay. The apartment is very spacious, recently renovated with tasteful furniture. Very clean and everything was perfect. Located in a very quiet neighborhood just a short walk from the Lapad beach and many restaurants and bars. The communication with the host Mrs. Maria was something we rarely see on our travels in a positive way. She was very very polite and she made it clear that she is here if we need anything. She explained everything at arrival and then we talked again during our checkout. Perfect host. We are very thankful.

Beautiful apartment

Location was great; quiet street, close to a shop, many restaurants, the beach and transport links. Bed was big and very comfortable, air con also provided. Kitchen area was small but perfect for what we needed. Added bonus of the washing machine was great!

The only thing we didn't like was the shower wasn't very powerful.

Exceptional

It is an amazing apartment, reality matches pictures. Very clean, everything was shining. Internet connection is very good, air conditioner works perfectly. Windows have blinds so it is possible to hide from sunlights and allows extra privacy. Kitchen is extremely clean and offers all that is neaded to cook food at home. Apartment has private parking space literally in front of the front door and allows to park car safely (without the need to worry that someone can scratch the car or park the car when you are not there). Very calm neighborhood. There is a food shop very close to apartments, very close to beach and local bars, restaurants. As well as that, there is a bus stop very close which can take you to Old Town (2€ one way ticket). Marija called few times to ensure that everything is ok and to check whether anything is needed. I highly reccomend this accomodation to anyone who wants all in one (clean and modern apartment, hostile and helpful owner, great location, great internet connection, smart TV, great price).

A fine base to explore Dubrovnik

The location is perfect - it’s set in Lapad, a very short walk to the bus stop to Old Town Dubrovnik but also very close to Sunset Beach and the fine restaurants nearby. Marija, the host, is very keen to make you feel welcome and that you have all that you need to make your stay special.

Hidden gem

Very clean and well equipped in a great location. The host left us a bottle of Croatian wine to welcome us, and the cleaner was so obliging- she took us for a walk around the local area when we arrived and offered recommendations, we went out one day having put our clothes in the washing machine- and came back to them dried and ironed! Thank you for a wonderful trip

Sight hill up to the property, however this was anticipated as it was in the description- and the whole are is build on a hill so not unusual!

Uno splendido appartamento a Lapad

L’ appartamento di Maria é strategicamente posizionato in una zona sicura, pulita e comoda a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia Sunset Beach.L appartamento é decorato con molto gusto, molto pulito e con tutto il necessario per una vacanza all insegna del relax e del comfort. I letti sono comodissimi per i miei gusti, come i cuscini! Maria é una persona spettacolare! Molto gentile ed attenta. Nella zona c’ é anche un supermercato ( 1 min di distanza ) e molti ristoranti e bar nonché la fermata dell autobus che ti porta direttamente anche al porto e/ o old city.
