El apartamento está muy completo, solo le falta un microondas para ser de 10,y el agua caliente tarda muchiiiisimo en llegar al baño superior.

Für uns, war alles perfekt. Die zentrale Lage, die Busverbindungen wo die Station in nächster Nähe ist. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und alles was man braucht,war vorhanden!! wir kommen wieder 😊

Das Einzigste was vielleicht einbischen unangenehm war, ist der Autolärm.. die Straße ist sehr befahren und man hört ständig den Autolärm.

The apartment is modern. Spread over two floors, upstairs and downstairs. Two bathrooms and showers.

The location is horrendous. It's next to a very busy dual carriageway and the noise from the traffic is horrendous twentyfour hours a day. Although there is a beach opposite. It is again next to the very busy dual carriageway and across the small bay is a huge industrial port. It is an unpleasant view and is too noisy to sit, relax and sunbathe for instance. The balcony is a side sea view, and as above, the sea view is of a busy dual carriageway and a huge dirty industrial port. The location is not good either, you are a 30 minute brisk walk from the nicer areas (which are not that nice to be fair). It should be viewed as a city break, but unfortunately there are not enough interesting places in Las Palma to keep you occupied for more than a day or two. This is for business trips maybe, certainly not a holiday, and definitely not a family holiday if you have kids.
