Good sharing apartment with host

Great Sharing Stay with the host. It is a sharing apartment but the apartment is clean and washrooms are clean as well. There is tea and coffe in room. But if you want privacy then sharing washroom is not for you. Staying for a night at this place, we were happy. Host Graeme us good too.

Affordable stay in Paris in a shared flat with friendly host.

This is an affordable option in Paris and one gets what one pays for. It felt more like an Airbnb as one stays in a room inside a shared apartment. The host, Graeme, is very organized, and sent a detailed message after confirming the booking on how to reach the apartment and how to "check-in". The room was clean and quiet, and one has tea and coffee available in the room, which is appreciated considering the cold weather. I was there just for a night (thanks for accepting that) and I think for a short stay it was great.

For a night, it was fine. I guess if one stays longer, some things could be improved such as a cleaner/tidier toilet and kitchen.

Hoping the facilities will be spruced up soon

Most comfortable and clean bed, host respects his guests and is highly responsive. Toilet and bathtub stayed very clean throughout. Location is 15 minute walk to Marie de Clichy station, which I chose to do instead of learning to take the bus. Bus 74(?) often could take you right to the doorstep from the opera theatre

Other than the bed, a number of amenities required improvement or repair, which the host duly acknowledged. At the time I found I had to adapt quite a bit to make my stay work.

Confortable

M’y host is a very nice and supportive person. He was not in good condition on that day, but he’s very gentle. A supermarket is very close to.

No outstanding bad point, but a clothing box inside was not for the guest…

Good place to stay

The place, it is peaceful, you have a supermarket around the corner, a bus stop near the entrance, or a metro station at 13 min walking. Graeme is a wonderful host, he was always in touch at arriving. It is a recommended and trustworthy place.

Excellent stay in Paris

I loved everything! Graeme was an incredibly kind host. He was very flexible about my late arrival and early morning checkout, sent very detailed instructions about everything I needed which I found very helpful, was extremely communicative and answered all my questions. The room was as described, clean and had everything I needed. Superb stay!

Ich möchte sehr sehr gerne wieder kommen !

Lage: im Ortsteil CLICHY, nordwestlich von Paris. Pass für Metro, Bus Bahn etc. empfehlenswert. Am besten hat mir der Gastgeber gefallen: er hat alles, aber auch wirklich alles im Detail aufgeschrieben, eine bessere zutreffendere klarere Vorbereitung kann man wirklich nicht bekommen. Bei meiner Ankunft gingen wir zusammen den Zugang zur Wohnung, den Lift, die Schlüsselkarte, alles womit man sich orientieren muss, ab. Mein Gastgeber ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann mit jeder Frage zu ihm kommen, aber er hatte ja alles so gut vorbereitet, daher gab es gar keine Fragen ! Wirklich menschlich und familiär ohne Aufdringlichkeit DANKE, GRAEME !!!

Ein bisschen, nur ein kleines bisschen sauberer könnten die Armaturen und der Spiegel im Bad sein. Ist im Prinzip aber zu vernachlässigen, gehört zum Mensch-Sein...

parfait pour mon objectif.

Il s' agit d' une chambre dans un appartement équipé cuisine sdb toilettes ce qui facilite les prises de repas. L' appartement est très bien situé,desservi et entouré de commerces.L' hôte met une grande valeur dans l' accueil et l' installation .parfait pour un court séjour ou un simple déplacement.Rapport qualité/ prix très abordable.

Quelques odeurs lointaines de cigarettes en soirée .

Le bruit de la rue (doubles vitrages à poser dans la son ou la chambre ?), le manque d’intimité (cloison fine), les petits travaux et le rangement à faire dans les parties communes (robinet qui fuie dans la cuisine et qui goutte toute la nuit, sub froide et humide..)

La atención del señor Graeme es muy muy buena da seguridad tranquilidad explica todo al detalle, tambien me gusto la cama es comoda, el cafe en el cuarto y las aromaticas. Fueron geniales.

No cuenta con el servicio de internet, pero no es necesario si es solo para una noche.
