Posizione molto comoda alla metro, e in una delle zone considerate "sicure" della città. Appartamento molto carino, tutto nuovo e pulito. Dotato di 2 bagni, uno piccolissimo ed essenziale, l'atro ugualmente piccolo, ma dotato di una doccia fantastica!!! Consigliatissimo!!!

El confort , excelente ubicación y una muy bonita decoración moderna, excelente espacios , yo no fumo, pero para los fumadores tiene un balcón que da con la calle principal y tiene un inmenso patio en la parte trasera ; el propietario y encargado del inmueble muy atentos y disponibles para cualquiera duda o petición, me encanto y volvería seguro 100 % recomendado
Que faltaría colocar un televisor en una de las habitaciones

Appartamento grande, condizionamento buono in tutte le stanze, bagno con doccia grande, cucina con elettrodomestici completa, grande TV. Molto vicino al centro della città, un paio di supermercati vicini. Comodo il garage sottostante anche se a pagamento a parte.
Alcuni problemi da segnalare: la finestra della camera matrimoniale non si poteva oscurare la notte perché l'imposta era bloccata. Alcune porte soprattutto dei bagni non si chiudevano. La porta d'ingresso aveva la serratura bloccata e si chiudeva solo a spinta. Pochi attrezzi da cucina e piatti, solo 4 piani e nessuna ciotola. Un po' scomodo il divano. Quando siamo arrivati era pieno di zanzare.
