Good location and the apartment was comfortable, clean and good value.

Room is big, kitchen facilities were plenty. Once familiar with the place, the apartment is easy to find; however, if take a wrong exit after getting off subway station, Google will have a lot of difficulties guide to the right way.

Host's instruction was confusing. She told us to get off at SARZANO/SANT' AGOSTINO stop, that's good; however, she missed mention there are two exits for the subway station: On the sign (as shown on attached photo) turn left points to Piazza Sarzano, go straight exit to Mura Della Marina. We weren't aware of the difference at that time, so went straight exit to Mura Della Marina, which turn out to be a mistake: Google map then had a lot of difficulties direct a proper route to the apartment. Ended up a lot of frustration finding the place. The 2nd confusion: when we informed her that we are on the train towards Genoa, her message didn't mention her daughter will be on the subway station to receive us, and send us a map assuming we won't have any issue, so right after getting off the subway station, we went out searching the road, she then sent a message saying "Do you want Iris go to the subway station to receive you?" -- the message had some delay so we didn't know she sent her daughter at that time, and got lost on the road. At that time, she sent us the message, saying that we should take PIAZZA SARZANO exit when getting off the subway, but we were very confused at that time already, and was away from the subway station, didn't know how to go back. she then told us: "my daughter had been waiting for you for an hour already, and why you didn't follow our direction?" etc... Iris finally found us in front of a church, which I asked a local person's help to indicate which church we were in front of. She kindly helped my wife lift her luggage to the apartment. The road where the apartment reside was actually extremely narrow (please see attached photo) so that even we were very close to the place, we still didn't see this entry of the road. Another item I think the hosts can do better, is to post wifi network and password on the wall, rather than let her guests guessing.
