Die Unterkunft befindet sich am Rand der Altstadt. Bäckerei, Café, Trattorie, Supermarkt, Sehenswürdigkeiten – alle in Gehdistanz von wenigen Minuten. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und ist geräumig.
Der Empfang und Kommunikation waren unpersönlich, keinerlei Zeichen des Willkommens und der Gastfreundschaft. Kaffeemaschine & Wasserkocher vorhanden, jedoch keine Kaffeekapseln, keine Teebeutel. Extrakosten für Bettwäsche/Handtücher (!) sowie Übernachtungstaxen. Zuviel verlangte Taxen wurden nicht zurückerstattet (!). Einrichtung lieblos, Licht unangenehm, zu hell und kalt (LED-Baustrahler), z.T. nicht funktionierende Leuchten. Am Abend jeweils Schreien und Streiten aus einer Nachbarswohnung. Ich war nun schon mehrere Male in Genua; da habe ich mich jeweils willkommener gefühlt.
