The property was spacious; the game room was nice to have; and the lake view was nice.
The house was not secure when we arrived. Both the back garage door and connecting door to the house were unlocked along with several windows. The fireplace did not work but was fixed the following day. Had to request a secure internet option which was provided. Several window blinds are broken and dusty. The kitchen faucet is extremely loose. A sticky substance was on the kitchen floor and basement steps. Thick water streaks were all over the stainless steel appliances. The portable heater in the basement repeatedly tripped a breaker. The shrubbery rubs against the 1st floor bedroom window making it difficult to sleep on a windy night.
