APPARTAMENTI CAVALLINO-TREPORTI

Alles war wirklich perfekt! Die Wohnung war äußerst sauber, gepflegt, komfortabel und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigten. Auch die Lage war sehr schön. Unsere Gastgeberin Alessandra war ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und als Familie einen wunderschönen, unvergesslichen Urlaub verbracht. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder wählen und können sie von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Appartement, sehr sauber, tolle Lage, alles da was man braucht, total unkompliziert und sehr sehr nette Vermieter. Ich komm definitiv wieder.

Vše naprosto úžasné. Apartmán nově zařízen, k dispozici vše potřebné. Klidné místo, pláže, bary, obchody a restaurace v dostupné vzdálenosti. Komunikace s Alessandrou přes WA super.

Communication about door code and lock box was clear and check in was easy (all via WA). Apartment is in great location for us, near bike routes and 7 minutes walk to bus stop; not far from supermarkets. Clean, modern, spacious, well equipped in general. Shower seals tight (as opposed to other apartments when each shower floods the bathroom). Insect nets on all windows came in very handy.

Very pricey (ca. EUR 150 p.n.) for a bare apartment with little to no amenities: Only one set of towels per person for one week (extra set costs EUR 50!); Only one roll of toilet paper for two persons for one week (really?! how much does toilet paper cost?!) No paper kitchen towels; no trash bin in bathroom; no shelf in shower for soap; no water boiler; washing machine but not one single pad of laundry detergent. The worst: No bike rack or cover for bikes to store them safe and dry - we parked them under a blacony in front of the house (with cautious distnace from the wall, no walk way or anything was blocked, no sitting area) during a storm overnight and the unfriendly neighbors told us we were not allowed to put the bikes under their window. Generally, the permanent residents seem to be not very pleased with the short term guests in the same house. They were coming and going about every 15 minutes between early morning and late night through a loudly screeching gate and we had a feeling they did that on purpose to show their disgruntlement. Very irritating in a generally nice and quiet neighborhood.
