The building is full of character and the apartment was well stocked and very clean. The property is a short walk from a great park and public river access to a really nice river spot. The beds were also super comfortable!

I like that it was clean and comfortable
The coffee creamer was expired, I wasted one coffee and had to drink it black. That was the only thing wrong, maybe instead of liquid half and half powder creamer

Lovely character, clean and spacious. Very comfy!
Martindale is very quiet but it suited our needs.

The Loft we stayed in, Skylark was outstanding. Everything was very clean and fashionable design. The loft was well-appointed and had everything you would need for a night, a week, or a month. One good bar/restaurant is very close by and another one is being remodeled. But you are only 6/7 miles from San Marcos and 10/11 miles from Lockhart with lots of great restaurants. These are wonderful luxury lofts in a restful quiet town.
