Nice location with a great restaurant in walking distance. Perfect sized house for four adults.

No smoke alarms
No CO detector
No air in bathrooms
Mold under sinks
Bedroom closets full of stuff
Doors need to be able to open shut easily
Kitchen drawers mostly broken off track
Return air vent filthy
Bathtubs floors need mats slippery
Walk in shower needs handicap railing
Care taker walks around and kinda weird
1/4 bottles of soap and 1 ply tp
Owners super nice but they need a handyman to fix place up and make more presentable and worth the cost they charge and advertise
