Great location.
The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable, plenty of sockets and usb ports. Plenty of towels, great size fridge. close to eateries and shops. We had a great stay here and would definitely stay again.
View of a garage from the balcony.

I like the assigned parking that was easy and close to room. I liked the posted note that explained the functions of the appliances. I liked the proximity to the beach
I felt the room was over priced per night. The bed was very uncomfortable (hard/stiff). Everything else was pretty good.

The room was clean and beds comfortable.
The location was 4 blocks from the beach. Parking was not on sight, we had to park down the road in a dirt parking lot. There was no ac in the bathroom, just a fan. Therefore, making the bathroom miserable when taking a shower or blow drying hair. I feel as if the price was way out of range for the location and amenities.
