Tollesgroßes Appartment mit Aussicht über Funchel und den Hafen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr ansprechend, neuwertig im modernen Stil. Die Ausstattung ist so komplett wie ich es noch selten bei einer FeWo gesehen habe. Sehr angenehm ist auch der Tiefgaragen Stellplatz mit Fahrstuhl nach oben. Man kann von diesem Appartment nach Funchal in die Altstatdt problemlos runter laufen (knapp über 1km). Der Weg zurück ist allerdings anstrengend. Die Steigung ist enorm. Wir sind meistens mit BOLT zurück gefahren. :-)

Als erstes der spektakuläre Blick über Funchal und das Meer. Das Appartment ist sehr bequem und geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünscht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Very spacious apartment, fully equipped with everything you might need. The large, comfortable balcony offers a great view, there's a convenient garage, and the city center is within walking distance.

Getting the keys was difficult because the lockbox was stuck, and I eventually had to use some force as the host wasn’t responding to my calls; additionally, the AC is located in the living room, quite far from the bedroom, so its cooling effect there is far from ideal.

Keys had to be collected from a separate location. The taxi had to take us to the key collection location first then on to the apartment. This wasn’t far but not walkable for us with our luggage. It was also difficult to explain to the taxi driver. Although he was very helpful the taxi fee was more due to the additional time. In a residential area and restaurants not close. Great facilities for eating in though.
