It is a very comfortable, spacious, modern, perfectly equipped apartment. Although I would rather rate it as a house, because you have unrestricted access to outdoor facilities for barbecue, large terase and there is even an outdoor whirling pool. The location is maxim 15 min from the beach with the car in a secluded, quiet place and the fact that it is in a forest makes it really relaxing and special. One can enjoy the silence, fresh air, protection from sun and heat as well as the singing of beautiful birds - no coincidence that it is named after the woodlark from Latin. The host - it is a very pleasant family that can provide you with everything you request, although the location is already perfectly equipped. They are very thoughtful and welcoming starting with a home-made delicious beverage. They do not interfere, but in the same time can suggest you very good restaurants, beaches, markets etc. They even offered a present to our little baby on departure. Their little dog is really cute and friendly. It is the most clean location we ever rented, even some renowned 5 star hotels do not compete on this level of cleanliness. There are 2 separate bedrooms with a large bed and in another one 2 separate beds, but one could also use the large sofa in the living room, so it can host a large family. All in all we would definitely like to come back again and recommend it to anyone wishing to spend their vacation in Istria.

Apartament położony w spokojnej okolicy, na uboczu w stosunku do Opatiji i Rijeki, w okolicy lasu więc upał nie doskwiera tak bardzo. Jest taras który umożliwia wypoczynek na świeżym powietrzu. Pierwszy raz może być mały problem z trafieniem, ale potem człowiek się przyzwyczaja. Google mapa bardzo dobrze prowadzi. Polecam jako spokojną rodzinną bazę do wypadów i zwiedzania okolicy. Gospodarze są bardzo mili i pomocni.

Pouze, ale za to nikdo nemůže..hmyz /plno komárů ..je vhodné si koupit repelent..jinak vše v naprostém pořádku 😊
