The Villa Kaki is on a slope with a fantastic 180 ° view of the sea, the islands of Cres, Rijeka and Krk are on the slope and was completely renovated in 2012 and divided into 4 apartments.
A hiking trail leads past the house to Veprinac and the mountain Ucka, where you feel totally in nature. There are countless hiking trails nearby.
The garden with fig tree, mandarins, cherries and kiwi invites you to relax with our sun loungers and our terrace under the kiwi trees.
A grill is available and a large dining table where you can also get to know other guests.
This fantastic apartment offers 180 ° sea views from the balcony.
Air conditioning with heating also allows you to bridge the winter in the mild climate.
Jabuka is on the first floor and has two separate bedrooms. The parents' room has direct access to the balcony. From there you have a 180 ° view of the island of Cres, Rijeka and the endless Adriatic Sea.
The modern and inviting living room is designed with parquet in the kitchen and in the living area.
The living area is spacious, modern and cozy.

You can also drive to the promenade in 5 minutes by car.
The parking lot is 70 meters away and free of charge.
Along the promenade are many diverse restaurants, cafes, playgrounds, casinos and stone beaches, a botanical garden, theater, wellness and much more.
There is a lot of culture in Opatija, such as operas, musicals, concerts and almost all under a blue sky with a view of the sea and palm trees.
Water sports games are also offered. For children there are sandboxes on the promenade, water games and small vehicles can be rented. The garden has kiwi, cherry and fig trees, with a large seating area directly under the kiwi trees. 6 comfortable loungers with parasols are available for sunbathing or relaxing. The top 2 apartments can be booked for a large family or 2 friends with friends, as they have ONE entrance on their own and face each other. The apartments are modern and have everything you need in a holiday apartment, including TV with German programs. We have a German speaking manager who will be happy to answer your questions.
September is a dream in Opatija - maybe not with school-age children. The water is warm from summer, the air is still 30 degrees and it is not overcrowded. It is e.g. B. in Opatija on the promenade in September in the big old Kvarner hotel offered the "Viennese waltz" with long evening dresses. It is also wonderful to watch these people and to hear this beautiful music, sitting by the sea and drinking champagne.
The water is warm and salty and good for your health. There are also hardly any waves, which makes swimming easier.

Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist phantastisch. Dies bedeutet aber auch viele Stufen zu Fuß zur sehr schönen Promenade oder Restaurants. Für unsere Einkäufe benutzten wir unseren Mietwagen, der ist zu empfehlen (wie z.B. auch das Restaurant Ruzmarin). Ohne die Hilfe von Renata hätten wir die Ferienwohnung(en) nicht gefunden. Wir sind mehr als zufrieden.

Wir, mein Mann (51 Jahre) unser Sohn (15 Jahre) und ich (auch 50 Jahre) waren Ende April für eine knappe Woche in der Ferienwohnung Jabuka. Die Ferienwohnung ist erstklassig. Alles war sauber und in Ordnung. Sehr fürsorglich wurden wir von der Kontaktperson vor Ort betreut. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war unkompliziert.
Der Ausblick unschlagbar. Sehr habe ich die Sonnenaufgange genossen, die man sogar vom Bett aus beobachten kann. Die Wohnung ist ganz nach unserem Geschmack eingerichtet. Alles hell und klar. Besonderen dank für die Investition in gute Matratzen. Man kann sofort durchatmen und den Urlaub genießen.
Die Umgebung ist reizvoll. Da wir nur eine knappe Woche vor Ort waren, sind wir nur in der näheren Umgebung gewesen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch gut.
Wenn man einigermaßen gut zu Fuß ist oder bereit ist sich mit dem Auto fortzubewegen, ist diese Wohnung sicherlich eine erstklassige Wahl. Alle Angaben in der Beschreibung treffen zu. Wir haben die Ferienwohnung schon all unseren Freunden empfohlen.
Sehr gerne kommen wir noch einmal nach Opatija. Und dann natürlich unbedingt wieder in die Villa Kaki.
