WHome Urban Elegance: A Modern Haven in Lisbon's Heart

Location, comfort, everything was new

The sofa needs to be replaced or fixed. Also the mattresses were very rough, but it's a personal preference.

Great central location. Good communication with staff. Good amenities and easy to check in.

Great location, timely communication regarding check in etc

Sofa and coffee table need replacing. The sofa was covered in stains, we covered it with a blanket before we sat on it. The coffee table is wobbly and we were worried about setting anything on it.

The apartment is in a fantastic location. It's new and enough space for 2 couples. The bathroom and shower facilities were very nice.

I worked hard to find a place that looked like it had good space for us to hang out, drink wine and visit after spending days exploring Lisbon and the area. Unfortunately, photos are deceiving. The living room couch is not even second-hand, more like fourth-hand. It's overly worn and dirty. See photos (we used a wineglass to show the wear and tear of the couch). We didn't use the living room table because it seemed like it was about to fall apart and the wicker chair has holes in it. Because the couch was unusable, we had to sit at cheap, hard, uncomfortable kitchen table chairs. This was extremely disappointing. The beds were uncomfortable; we could feel the springs, and sheets were very cheap. Also, other than a few hangars in the bedroom closet, there really weren't any useable drawers, so we didn't unpack although we were there 4 nights. The fancy range was impossible to figure out the night we wanted to stay in and cook.
