The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator. Being situated in one of the most important and busy areas of Lisbon, external noise is expected. Please note that it is an old building, like many in this historic city, so it presents some inherent challenges such as poor soundproofing.
￫ Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds. One of them also has a desk, making it ideal for home office.
￫ Bathroom
The apartment has a bathroom with shower.
￫ Living Room
The living room has a comfortable sofa, dining table and cozy decor.
￫ Kitchenette
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, washing machine, toaster, microwave and Dulce Gusto coffee machine (coffee not included).
After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).
On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. Marquês de Pombal Square stands out as one of the city's historically significant squares. It was Marquês de Pombal, whose statue graces the center of the square, who planned and oversaw the reconstruction of Lisbon after the devastating 1755 earthquake that left the city in ruins.
Ranked as the 35th most expensive avenue in the world today, Avenida da Liberdade still preserves some of its original buildings and mansions. In addition to its gardens with century-old trees, fountains, and terraces, there are also notable monuments such as the statue honoring the Veterans of World War I.
If you're arriving by plane from Aeroporto de Lisboa, there are some options to get to the apartment.

The cheapest is, by far, the metro with a trip between 25-30 minutes. The nearest metro station (Avenida) is just 200 meters away from the apartment.
→ Car
If you have a rental car, please notice that there's no free parking in the area.
Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).
￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. Additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ Monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
￫ Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
