2 King Size Beds in Manhattan styled Oversize Apartment

Location was great for what we needed, the building is lovely. Plenty of space for us (only 2 in the party). Check-in was easy with plenty of instructions and apartment hosts contactable if required. Slept well, all facilities provided as stated in the listing. Would book again and recommend to others.

Cannot say I disliked anything specific. The apartment needs a little bit of TLC, lick of paint here & there & a spruce up.

The location,the style and size of the apartment

There was only one thing not to like and this was the no flushing of the toilet roll rule. This is ok for one night but there was no sanitary bin in the main bathroom and when I enquired I was asked for us put the toilet paper in a bin bag and put it in the kitchen bin not something you expect and not hygienic. .there were six of us staying and I requested 3 times if we could have enough bedding and towels ,luckily we bumped into the lovely cleaner who gave us extra or we would have not had enough. There are many rules which is ok but quite intense. It's a beautiful comfortable apartment and I would have given it 10 out of 10 if they didn't have an issue with toilet roll and communicating basic linen needs.

Location was good for shopping and some nice pubs and restaurants nearby. The apartment was large enough for 4 adults.

Getting into the apartment was difficult because it was difficult to see the numbers on the entrance key pad. The lift was out of order and this is a second story apartment so getting upstairs with a large suitcase was difficult. The apartment, especially the bathroom, smelt strongly of marijuana the entire weekend. One of the dining chairs was broken and replaced with a very small armchair, very strange. There were no toiletries in the bathrooms, although it was stated that they were provided. The empty bottles were in the boiler cupboard. The ironing board was broken so didnt stand up. There were no tea towels or bath mats provided so we had to use the small bathroom towels instead. The apartment was dirty, light fittings and skirting board etc had never been cleaned for a while. Multiple light bulbs were not working including 2 in the main bathroom making it difficult to see for shaving and applying make up. Also, there were no mirrors in the bedroom so had to get ready in front of the only mirror in the hallway. These issues were reported immediately to the hosts. Their reply was that they would sort it out for the next guests. No help for us whatsoever.. Upstairs residents were very noisy in the early hours, sounded like they were going to come through the celing. Again, this was reported to the host who responded "what to do with noisy neighbours?" This was really disappointing but made worse by the hosts lack of care. The TV was pixilated, we didnt watch much but if you wanted to stay in with TV on you couldn't. We have stayed in multiple apartments in Leeds and never had any problems, this is by far the worst apartment and hosts we have encountered, such a shame because the photos make it look amazing.
