Schönes Appartement mit weiterem Potenzial

Grundsätzlich gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Neue/Neuwertige Einrichtung. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer/Küchenbereich und im Treppenhaus vor der Wohnung auch mit Liebe zum Detail. Restliche Zimmer waren eher neutral nüchtern eingerichtet. Im Bad befand sich eine relativ große, komfortable Duschkabine, leider aber auch ohne Abstellmöglichkeit. WLAN funktioniert gut. Schlüsselübergabe über Schlüsselbox mit Code sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sauber und zur Ankunft vorbereitet. Unterkunft 8 Minuten vom Nürburgring entfernt.

Ein echter Showstopper für uns war leider die Tatsache, dass gegen Abend die Heizung auf Nachtschaltung ging. Bedeutete, es wurde für unsere Verhältnisse kalt in der Wohnung, was sehr unangenehm und unkomfortabel war. Sicher wäre es schön, dass der Gast selber entscheiden kann, in welchem Temperaturbereich er wohnen möchte. Das war für uns eigentlich das Haupt-Manko. Im Badezimmer fehlte eine weitere Ablage um seine Sachen zu parken. Wir haben unsere Utensilien, die nicht auf die kleine Ablage gepasst haben entsprechend auf den Boden gestellt. Nicht dramatisch, geht aber sicher besser, da Platz grundsätzlich vorhanden. Die Spülung der Toilette war irgendwie speziell. Das Wasser stieg recht stark an, um dann im Zeitlupentempo abzufließen.

Sehr ruhige Lage. Alles war perfekt. Wir konnten unseren großen Hund mitnehmen und es gab tolle Möglichkeiten zum Laufen.
