Haus Kaspers, a typical eifel farmhouse from 1879 with original stone oven, is located at the foot of the Hochkelberg surrounded by meadows, fields and forests. It is centrally heated with a tiled stove and combines contemporary comfort with historic construction, • Ground floor: kitchen with tiled stove, living room, baking room, bathroom with toilet, hallway with wardrobe and shoe rack • First floor: 1 double bedroom with adjoining room with desk and wardrobe (extra bed possible), 1 single bedroom with writing desk, reading corner and wardrobe room, hall • Attic: 1 double bedroom with large desk (extra bed possible) • Garden with lighted terrace: barbecue, garden table with chairs, add. Bench, parasol and sunbeds, water hole, bed with kitchen herbsTerrace in front of the house with sofa • In-house playground with swing, playhouse, slide, trampoline

All rooms have either windows to the courtyard (with an unobstructed view of the village) or to the garden (open view to the garden, meadows and forest). All windows are equipped with fly screens; in the bedrooms in addition with blackout possibility. A baby cot and a highchair are available. All rooms of the house have internet access via D-LAN or W-LAN. "Haus Kaspers" is a Non smoking house. Pets are not allowed. 5 parking spaces for cars are located in the driveway. Furthermore, you can safely store your bikes. The electricity is generated 100% from renewable energies. "House Kaspers" has a central wood heating. For each guest a bathrobe is available. Additional blankets and pillows available on request. "The garden is great, big, free to use and with lots of options to sit in the shade.The characteristic house has low ceilings. But since we are no taller than 185 cm that is no problem."
