The back desk was so lovely to sit on. The view was beautiful. We saw kangaroos and lots of birds
The shower was a bit difficult to navigate the hot and cold taps to get temperature right. The bathroom could do with an exhaust fan. We did open the window at all times.

Location and access to horses and scenery
It was not kept to hotel/airbnb standard. Unhygienic- we shifted the lounge chair and it was filthy underneath. Needs a lot of work to meet standards. A professional clean, paint and new finishes. Also no BBQ when said it was included. Fly screens had rips broken into them - letting in insects.
Very sad because the concept, location and coziness is amazing. Horses next door were wonderful and, beds were good thankfully.
