Great traditional location close to The Alps. The staff is extremely friendly and we had a good first Ryokan experience. Also the traditional breakfast was outstanding! And we met Hanna, the Akita dog who gave us some hugs before leaving:) The location is quit far away from the train station and buses so we had to move around by Uber/Taxi.
