Ubicación excelente. Estudio con todo lo imprescindible para pasar unos días (menaje, lavadora, microondas, cafeteras...)..La cama muy cómoda.
La insonorización. Se escucha el trasiego de gente del edificio y el ruido exterior.

Studio très bien localisé, proche de toutes les commodités et des transports. Le logement est parfaitement fonctionnel et très bien équipé : machine à café, ustensiles de cuisine, serviettes, wifi… tout est pensé pour faciliter le quotidien. Mention spéciale pour le ventilateur, indispensable et très apprécié en période estivale !

La proximité du centre-ville et des arrêts de bus Place St Pierre.
Le lit électrique et le linge propre et les draps fournis, liquide vaisselle et éponge, petites fournitures basiques de cuisine très appréciables quand on voyage par le train ou en cas d'arrivée tardive.
Les parties communes moyennement nettoyées. L'immeuble est mal insonorisé et les voisins très bruyants.
Pas d'ascenseur et 2 marches très hautes pour accéder à l'immeuble.
