L'emplacement est parfait pour un court séjour en ville. Nous sommes arrivés plus tard que prévu et le propriétaire a été super accueillant: Ils nous a fait la livraison des clés et il avait pensé à nous laisser des dosettes pour le café du premier matin.Concernant l'équipement , Il ne manque rien et tout était bien propre à l'arrivée. Le petit balcon est bien agréable pour y prendre un repas. Studio agréable pour un bon rapport qualité-prix.
La porte fenêtre est très peu efficace au niveau acoustique comme thermique. Elle est également difficile à ouvrir. Elle mériterait d'être changée pour un vrai effet "cosy".
