Several beach cafes close. 15 minute walk to Turner gallery. Bus stop outside the house. Not in the busiest part of town which was good.

Heard next door (room 3) at the early hours of the morning. Could have done with a little fridge in the room.

I didn't meet the owner until I was leaving. He seemed very nice. I like the keysafe option as it means I could come & go as I pleased, without worrying about losing the keys & knowing the keys were safe. Nice big ensuite room overlooking the garden. I would like to have used the garden but didn't know how to access it. I understand that information was in the guest book, which I never looked in. Close to the beach. I would recommend this place to others & I would stay again.
Information on access to the garden given in an email would have been useful.
