Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, offering help with travel plans in Malta. Every day we received locally produced snacks as a gift. Hotel offered unlimited free hot beverages. Nice location, only a few minutes from the beach and public transport. Hotel building is quite new and beautiful. We were also allowed to store our luggage at the hotel even after out check-out for free for a few hours. Hotel and our room was clean, although we found 1 hair on our bed and one in the shover at the first day, for next 6 nights there were no such issues and our room was cleaned very neatly, so we believe that was one time mistake from the cleaning staff. It was not a luxury type hotel and there were things that were not "perfect" but for the price it is definitely a great value and above mentioned bonuses made us fell very welcomed. We had no issues staying here.

Only thing that could be changed is allowing people to change the blowing power for the AC in their rooms, as at night we did not like the AC at full strength because it made quite the noise.

I was a bit hesitant about the whole non contact self check-in prior to booking Osiris. However the communication from the hotel was outstanding and all went well. I still prefer to see someone at a hotel reception though - the manager does hang around in the mornings, and she is lovely & very helpful. My stay was comfortable and I had all I needed. The place is clean & well looked after.

Didn’t receive the turndown amenity mentioned in the room. During my stay, I interacted with the staff in person, while communication relied heavily on WhatsApp. I’m sure the owner had good intentions and wanted to keep guests well informed, but there were numerous WhatsApp messages from pre-arrival through departure. Many were quite lengthy and detailed instructions that I didn’t ask for. Lots of time, to do and not to do as well. It would be a better guest experience if these messages were kept more concise and sent only when needed or upon request.
