The house is very round down. It needs proper modeling in all corridors. The spa is nice. The gym has a nice view, but it’s very small. You’re not allowed to use the yoga rooms if you’re not the owner, which is a big minus they are plastic on all the glass since a long time back it looks terrible. It’s a catastrophe. The team doing the façade are extremely slow and inefficient as a construction engineer. I am shocked how slow and unorganized they work. The balcony doors have been blocked by beams from the outside. If there is a fire, there’s no way you can get out on the balcony. to block an escape route to safety should be against the law. I don’t think if they had a fire inspection that they can continue blocking the balcony doors.

The location is very nice in the middle of town. You can only use the swimming pool on Saturday and Sunday, which is extremely bad when you’re in the middle of the city with no access to beach. This should be advertised. Also, you cannot have a guest at the pool. The person must be registered to the apartment otherwise the guest is not allowed to buy a day ticket at the pool, which I think is a really bad service and that should’ve been advertised.
