-Views from the unit will be blocked
Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views
-Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours
-Noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
-Balcony furniture is not permitted during this period.
-The building may issue fines of up to $3,000 if furniture is placed on balconies.
-This unit is being offered at a discounted rate to reflect these temporary conditions.

We had a really great time at this location. It was a relaxing experience but we do have a few notes where they could improve.- They don’t have many cooking items (I.e pots and pans). - there are no seasonings or cooking supplies - limited amount of paper towels Other then that, a Vert pleasant stay and would stay again.
