The ambience, neighbourhood, the room was big with good facilities

No elevator Got to walk up the steep stairs. However when inside the room very very pleasant

Spacious room. There is a smart TV. There is a balcony (but no chairs). The place looks very clean and smells like mosquito repellent (citronella). Staff is friendly.

Bathroom is disappointing. The shower head is broken, which results in the water spraying everywhere and low water pressure when you take a shower. It’s very hot inside the bathroom. Toilet was quite nasty with yellow stains inside. This is easy to resolve by scrubbing with bleach. They haven’t done that in a long time. AC doesn’t cool enough. It felt like the heat was still coming inside the room, as if the AC and heating were on at the same time. This is probably because of the flat roof and poor insulation. They provided me with a fan, which helped a bit. Place could use a bigger trash bin. Bed squeaked a lot. Big kitchen with plates, bowls and cups but very limited cutlery. There are no knives to cut fruits. Overall still better than a lot of places in Indonesia but they have to resolve the points mentioned above to make the place worth it’s money. Right now it still felt overpriced because of the flaws.

Clean. Room equipments such as water dispenser, snack, fridge and even small pantry for certain rooms.

All is perfect.
