    Everything's good but the time that cleaning and room service minimum 3 times saying then after done the room service

    The guy in the recaption is behaving stupidly from the beginning. My booking was done through Agoda site on 5th October 2025. When I ask for check in, that guy says that we have stopped taking bookings from Agoda. If this is the case then why is your hotel showing on Agoda site and why was the booking confirmed 17 days ago. This means that there is no benefit in booking. For the hotel, the price matters, there is no value of the customer. If this situation continues, then your business will soon be on the road. With attitude, neither the house nor the business can be run. Thank you so much.
