C’est la seconde fois que je viens dans cette hôtel après + 10 ans.. l’accueil est toujours impeccable et les propriétaires font le nécessaires pour qu’on se sente bien. Le chauffeur a l’arrivée a l’aéroport.
Il y avait des travaux dans l’hôtel en pleine nuit.
Nous avons eu une proposition de prendre un chauffeur pour aller à Jaipur puis Agra que nous avons accepté, toutefois au moment de payer no nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de devoir rajouter 10% de plus… Welcom in India 😊

La disponibilité du garçon d étage,son accueil et ses bons conseils.
Ma carte de crédit avait été bloquée par accident.
Heureusement qu un ami de Jaipur a pu m aider et trouver une solution par téléphone avec le patron de l hôtel car il était très peu Compréhensif concernant mon problème..
Comme très souvent en Inde, quant il y a un problème sérieux,le sourire se transforme vite en grimace.
Comme toujours c est le "petit" personnel qui est le plus à l écoute.
