Very comfortable, clean and provide Nespresso coffee machine, I think that's the standard for a 4-5 stars hotel now. Room is big and enough for us to pack and unpack our luggages. Staffs are friendly and able to provide answers with our queries Highly recommended

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel which I thoroughly enjoyed. I had a room with Castle view which was very worth the extra! All the amenities were there: fridge, safe, kettle etc.. and the bed was the most comfortable I have slept in for a long time. The room was cleaned daily, great job from the housekeeping team they left it spotless every day! The breakfast was varied with Asian and Western options, and Aki san makes the best hot chocolate! The extra plus were the gym, the pool and the easy and quick access to the Castle Park. If you want to be close to the greenery, with stunning views and in away from the urban hustle, this is your place! I will gladly come back next time I am in Osaka.

This hotel is fantastic! Staff and cleanliness are superb, facilities are new, functional but lacks an onsen. If it had that it would have been stellar!!
