I do not do reviews, but this one I felt I needed to. We were looking for peace and quiet. We found it.
Eagle's Escape had all the accommodations of a typical stay anywhere but that is not what we we wanting. We can watch TV at home., We never turned it on. We had several nice walks and lots of down time by the fire pit. It came a major rain and I was so disappointed thinking our time out by the fire was over, Was I wrong. The drainage was designed that we we in the dry again in a matter of minutes after the storm blew over. The crush and rock gave a very rapid escape to all the water. Very well thought out. The garbage cans, different story..... LOL chased them into the woods.

Great location made it very relaxing & quiet & convenient to downtown Monteagle. Perfect for 2 people - the surrounding hiking trails were beautiful & within a short drive. Would do it again- THANKS

If you’re looking for a cute cabin tucked into this corner of the woods- this is it!
Deep in the woods with nature all about the cabin sits in and among the trees. Plenty of daylight fills the setting. The gravel paths are good for cars and a hike
The cabin is cozy, well decorated and maintained. Retreat made the experience.

Had a great time! Loved the cute little tiny home. It was just what we needed. Our only complaints would be the mattress topper needs to be firmer it was like sleeping in a taco and maybe a grill would be nice other than that it was wonderful
