About this house rental
Welcome to Granbury Lakefront Oasis, your newly renovated lake house on the main body of Lake Granbury! Bring your boat and jet skis to our private dock with community boat ramp located right next door. This modern home sleeps 12 guests comfortably and boast a gorgeous lake view from almost every room in the house. You'll have everything you need for an exciting lake vacation with kayak, paddle board and paddle boat for outdoor fun and an indoor game room with foosball, shuffleboard, and a large screen TV.
The Space
This spacious newly renovated 4 bedroom 3 bath home provides sleeping for up to 12 guests. The main house has 3 king bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a separate unit with the game room, a full bath and 2 queen beds. The modular couches in the family room and game room can be arranged to be double beds.
The kitchen is the heart of the house and beckons you to upscale entertaining, with stainless steel appliances and a fully loaded kitchen experience:

Covered back patio has a picnic table with benches, storage bin for water activities and a Blackstone Original 4-Burner 36" Propane Omnivore Griddle with Hard Cover. Grilled up your favorite burger and enjoy the spectacular view of the lake from the patio!
(Please note that guest is responsible for refilling the propane tank for the grill when it is empty.)
Bring your boat and your fishing gears! Our private covered dock has a boat bay, picnic table with benches and fishing lights.
There are 2 covered parking spaces plus 3 off street parking.

For liability reasons, we do not allow unregistered guests anywhere on premises without prior host approval. This includes day guests even if they do not spend the night.
We do NOT allow parties.
We do not offer cable or satellite TV. Guests may sign in to their own streaming services. Antenna is available for local channels.
We ask that children not be allowed to take food out of the kitchen/dining area to prevent spills and stains on the furniture.
Do not put sanitary products or wipes into the toilet, and do not put food or grease down the drain!
No smoking on property. $500 fee per occurrence, and guests will be asked to leave immediately.
The indoor fireplace is electric and operated by remote control. There is a heat function as well. Guests may not remove electric insert. Wood burning fires are not permitted inside.
There are 2 kayaks, 2 inflatable paddle boards and 1 paddle boat available for our guest usage. Life jackets, paddles and inflatable paddle boards are in the storage bin next to the griddle.
Guests assume all liability associated with the use of the paddle boards, paddle boat, kayaks, dock and amenities throughout the property. The water level at the dock fluctuates, so please no diving.
There is a community boat dock located to the left side of the house. The gate to the dock has a lock. Please let us know if you are bringing your boat or jet ski so we can provide key to the gate.
Quiet time 10PM-8AM.
Tampering with or disabling outdoor cameras/doorbell will result in being asked to leave immediately without refund.
Please notify host of any damage
Ensure all streaming services are logged out prior to leaving.
Please place used dishes in the dishwasher and start before departing.
Please place used towels in the washing machine. Our cleaners always appreciate a head start on laundry!

I would give this property 4 stars Loved the porch and dock Ac worked greatWater was not deep but perfect for young kids to swim in. Kitchen needed cup towels and dish towels. We will rent again.

The house was extremely clean. I should have paid more attention when booking. It worked for the short time we were there. But we were looking for a house that had all the amenities in one house and a little bigger than what this house was. The game room was separate than the main house and I thought it was all combined. Again I may not have paid attention when booking. The house was very close to town and convenient. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of supplies. Great communication. It was just a little close quarters for what me and my family were looking for.

We’ve never been to Lake Granbury before and were delighted to find this lovely lake house. The main house was clean, roomy and well set up for our large group of family and friends, with 4 small children. The fenced back yard helped give the kids an area they could play without accidentally getting too close to the water. (But it opens to the driveway, not fully enclosed.). Having the boat ramp right next door was very convenient and made launching and loading a lot easier.We had an enjoyable stay and spent time on the lake and in the town. The grocery store is very close and accessible, and there are plenty of other stores in town for anything you forgot to bring.We love this property and plan to return in the future for another lake vacation.
