Situated in a quiet and highly desired neighborhood in East Mesa, beautiful and comfortable Davis Oasis is a 5 BR, 3 BA, two story home with resort amenities. The home is conveniently close to spectacular sightseeing, golf, restaurants, shopping and movie theaters.
The backyard provides an exciting private oasis with a pool with a rock slide, private seating under grotto, fire pit, heated spa and a covered ramada with a tv, dining furniture and a play area for kids. Guests can help themselves to the seasonal fruit on our pretty citrus trees. The Superstition Mountains in the distance enhance the overall picturesque setting.

Pros: location, swimming pool, and clean bathroomsCons: remainder of home not clean....hair in beds, filthy appliances, used coffee pods not removed, dirty floors, sticky/uncleaned patio table; owners offered to resend in cleaning team but who wants that while you are at your vacation home. One bed is a mattress and box spring on the floor with a headboard propped against it and not attached and another twin bed is a cheap plastic mattress on a piece of plywood on a frame. House has not been well-maintained; coloring and holes in walls/doors, pool alarms on windows are broken, furniture is old and beat up, landscaping in pool area is dug up and messy. House not well-equipped, missing listed kitchen items, only 5 pool towels and 7 regular towels for a place that sleeps 7. Experience with owners was fine until mid-way through when they started getting rude that we contacted VRBO about the property. Then when we got home they filed an insurance claim against us saying we damaged the pool area which was 100% untrue.
