Bernabeu Place apartments are located in the heart of Chamartín, one of the trendiest districts in the north of the capital thanks to its distinguished gastronomic offer; important streets such as Paseo de la Castellana, Príncipe de Vergara and Paseo de La Habana; also the world-renowned Santiago Bernabéu stadium, Real Madrid's training base.
This area, furthermore, has outdoor spaces such as Berlín Park, the Garden of Fine Arts and Alfonso XIII Park; imposing and modern office buildings such as the financial centre of the four towers.
Its strategic location allows quick and comfortable connection with Madrid city centre and the rest of the city thanks to its proximity to the bus interchange at Plaza de Castilla, which also has metro lines 9, 10 and 1 (direct to Gran Vía).
It is also close to Chamartín station, with regional and commuter train lines.
The apartment:
This bright apartment with capacity for up to six guests is located on the seventh floor of a building with a lift.
Its comfortable layout and modern design integrate in the same space the dining area, a modern American-style kitchen equipped with high-end utensils and appliances and a spectacular living room with double sofa bed, smart TV and decorative elements that make the space a place to enjoy at any time of day.
It has two spacious bedrooms, both with a double bed, and one of them also with a cosy private balcony. The flat also has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
The property has internet access and air conditioning in all rooms.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify with a maximum of 5 days' notice.
Property conditioning works will be carried out until further notice.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out in early June, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in mid-October, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

IMPORTANT: This property is available exclusively for seasonal lettings, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Lettings Act (LAU). Stays for tourism purposes are not permitted.
The guest must provide evidence of the reason for their stay (for example, temporary relocation for work, studies, medical treatments or care of a family member) and will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the telephone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times.
